An employee of National Breathe Free Allergy & Sinus Centers was recently honored for her hard work, dedication and her efforts in going above and beyond to help the success of new centers.

Leah Smoyer, director of new clinic operations for National Breathe Free Allergy & Sinus Centers, was this year's Jack Matthews award recipient.

"Jack Matthews was my grandfather and the most successful person I know," Matt Ghanem, CEO and cofounder of National Breathe Free Allergy & Sinus Centers, told the Sunshine Sentinel. The best piece of advice he game me was: Do what other people won't or don't. Leah, this year, has spent over 195 days on the road between CT ENT, West Palm Beach, Capitol and next Tampa. No one embodies the spirit of this award like Leah Smoyer. We are very grateful for all of her contributions."

Ghanem and Dr. Manish Khanna, the organization's chief medical officer, started the first Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Center a little more than four years ago. The company has since grown, adding a dozen new clinics across the country.

The clinics are focused on offering top-notch patient-friendly ear, nose and throat (ENT) care at locations in various parts of the country including Florida, Washington DC, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and Maryland. Breathe Free employees pride themselves on their integrity, accountability, commitment and compassionate care.

Tampa Bay Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers, located on 54th Avenue in St. Petersburg, is one of the clinic's Florida locations. It offers comprehensive care to treat patients suffering from allergies, sinusitis, ear and throat disorders.
