WASHINGTON, DC – Senator  Rick Scott released a weekly update on his actions to address the US debt crisis and rising inflation after the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released the Figures from the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the Producer Price Index (PPI) for March showed that inflation continued to rise. Since Joe Biden took office, the CPI has increased 15.4% and the PPI 16.7% in the last two years.

Earlier this week, following the BLS's latest CPI announcement, Senator Scott issued the following statement.
