“Signing Santa" | FDOT Central Florida
A story to make your heart grow 3 times bigger. “Signing Santa” Tim Keefe recently visited deaf students at Lake Sybelia Elementary School in Maitland so they could communicate directly with Santa! “It is a joy to see the children’s facial expressions to see that Santa can communicate with them in Sign Language,” he said.
Keefe, who is FDOT District Five’s Manager for Pavement Materials, is deaf himself, and he has been making his special stop at Lake Sybelia every December for several years. Santa hats off to our special Signing Santa!
