August is National Back-to-School month and now is the perfect time to purchase qualifying back-to-school supplies exempt from tax during the 2022 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. Now through Sunday, August 7, no sales tax will be collected on:
- Clothing, footwear and certain accessories, sales price $100 or less per item
- Certain school supplies, sales price $50 or less per item
- Learning aids and jigsaw puzzles, sales price $30 or less
- Personal computers & certain computer-related accessories, sales price $1,500 or less
