Free Technology, Science, English and Math Sessions for NFC Students

Students enrolling in Fall Term 2022 classes at North Florida College are invited to get a JUMPSTART on the essential skills necessary to succeed in their courses.

JUMPSTART offers free study skills, strategies, and academic review sessions, free of charge, for students preparing to enroll in ENC 1101/Freshman English I; MAT 1033/Intermediate Algebra; MAC 1105/College Algebra; STA 2023/Introduction to Statistics; or any science course. Technology sessions, open to all NFC students enrolling in Fall Term 2022, will provide valuable information and tips on navigating and using NFC technology effectively.

The 2022 Jumpstart program will be held virtually and in-person Aug. 1-4. NFC students should register no later than July 31. See full schedule and register at www.nfc.edu/jumpstart.

The Technology session will benefit any NFC student taking classes this fall. Students will learn how to use D2L (our course management system), navigate the NFC InfoNetwork, utilize GoMail, create a PowerPoint, and more.

For more information and/or to register, visit www.nfc.edu/jumpstart or contact Elizabeth Gonzales at 850-973-1719 or gonzalese@nfc.edu.
