PTC St. Petersburg campus hosted BayCare Health System, Inc. and Morton Plant Mease Foundation in celebration of the launch of the BayCare LPN Team Nursing Program at PTC. This new, strategic alliance has helped to bring new equipment to the PTC simulation labs, incorporates BayCare staff as LPN program instructors, provides existing BayCare staff with a continuing workforce education opportunity, and strengthens clinical partnerships for all LPN students as they progress through their program. The faculty, students, and staff of PTC are exceedingly grateful for the generous donation received from Kate Tiedemann and Ellen Cotton. This is truly an exciting, new chapter in the ongoing success of the Licensed Practical Nursing program.
