The GCRA is exploring opportunities for housing at 414 NW 5th Ave. in the Pleasant Street neighborhood. Neighbors are encouraged to attend one or both days and help guide this initiative.
The event will be community-driven, and all Pleasant Street residents and their families are encouraged to attend. Neighbors will have the opportunity to meet with the design team to learn about how such a project moves through the key development milestones to get built.
