An organization called Citizens United is launching an anti-Biden campaign in order to uphold the “America first” policies of former President Donald Trump.
Citizens United is expected to announce its campaign on Thursday at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando, Florida.
David Bossie, who is the president of Citizens United, was interviewed by Fox News and he said that the group’s aim is to fight back against Biden’s supposedly radical agenda on America. He said that Biden’s policies are in direct opposition of Trump’s “America first” policies and they are not willing to let the 46th president have his way.
Bossie told Fox News that Republicans who want to support this cause could do so by simply going to its website. The website will feature videos and op-eds that support Trump’s policies and oppose Biden’s.
He added that the campaign will also feature petitions that Republicans can sign. One of the petitions that Citizens United is working to push is to appoint a “special counsel” and open an investigation of Biden's son Hunter.
Citizens United is seeking an investigation into Hunter Biden’s employment by Burisma, a gas company in Ukraine, and if his father used undue influence when he was vice president.
