Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has shown her support for the Texas lawsuit.
Moody released a statement demanding legal action.
"The United States Supreme Court should weigh the legal arguments of the Texas motion and all pending matters so that Americans can be assured the election was fairly reviewed and decided," Moody said in the statement.
The integrity of the 2020 election has been questioned and the State of Texas through its AG Ken Paxton filed a motion against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan.
