The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office released information on April 20 regarding Charles William Mcshane, including personal details and qualifying offenses.
Authorities said that Mcshane, born July 12, 1977, is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes. He is approximately six feet tall and weighs around 190 pounds. According to the release, he is considered transient in the area of 5820 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, Florida.
The Sheriff’s Office reported that Mcshane has been convicted of sexual battery involving a victim under twelve who was incapacitated. The offense falls under Florida Statute 794.011(4)(f).
