The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has announced its endorsement of Randy Fine for the U.S. House of Representatives in Florida’s 6th Congressional District. NFIB, recognized as a leading advocacy group for small businesses, expressed confidence in Fine’s ability to represent their interests effectively.
Bill Herrle, Executive Director of NFIB Florida, stated that “Randy Fine understands what it takes to successfully own, operate, and grow a business.” He emphasized Fine’s commitment to key issues like preserving the 2017 tax cuts and the 20% Small Business Deduction. Herrle added, “We are certain that Randy will work to defend our members in Congress.”
State Senator Randy Fine responded with gratitude for the endorsement from NFIB. He remarked on his past experience as both a small business owner and legislator: “I’ve consistently fought to reduce tax burdens, eliminate job-killing regulations, and foster an environment where local businesses can thrive.” He pledged to continue this advocacy at the federal level by striving to make the 2017 tax cuts permanent.
Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, also voiced support for Fine. She highlighted his understanding of challenges faced by independent businesses such as taxes and overregulation: “He will be a powerful voice for pro-small business policies in Congress.”
The endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, which is supported by voluntary contributions from its members beyond their dues. The decision-making process is grassroots-driven.
