The Florida State University School of Dance announced on Apr. 16 that it will present its annual “Days of Dance” performances this month, featuring two separate programs with works choreographed and performed by students and faculty.

The event has been a part of the FSU dance season for more than 50 years, offering the Tallahassee community an opportunity to see a wide range of work created in the studios and on stage at Montgomery Hall.

“We are incredibly excited to share our 2026 Days of Dance performances,” said Helanius J. Wilkins, Chair of the School of Dance. “The incredible range of the programming, including Tap, Ballet, African-Diasporic and Contemporary works, showcases the multitude of voices and perspectives that make up our School of Dance. There’s something for everyone who loves dance, so please come join us, and enjoy both programs if you’re able.”

Program A includes choreography by professor Tim Glenn and visiting faculty member Nicole Corea as well as pieces from BFA students Jacob Andrews, Gabriella Castro, Isabelle Hagley, Alyssa Haisman, Penelope Perez Rivera, Sam Hulka, Camille Pepper, Jamora Lewis, Lisbeth Moquete, Feyikemi Poitier and Fernanda Romero. Program B features choreography by award-winning professor Jawole Willa Jo Zollar—founder of Urban Bush Women—technology coordinator Kimberly Ruth Allan and student choreographers Jacob Andrews, Kathryn Asper, Josiah Barnum, MaLeah Izquierdo, Arissa-Noele Lawson, Madeline Luzarraga, Alexandria Orengo and Khamille Williams.
