FOIA Request to Hardee County Sheriff’s Office regarding new recruits application form on July 29, 2025.

The Sunshine Sentinel has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Hardee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. The request seeks access to a PDF copy of the application form used for recruiting or accepting applicants into the sheriff’s office. This request is made under Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution and chapter 119, F.S., with a preference for receiving the information in electronic format.
